A card will be required to be put on file at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our cancellation/no-show policy.
Any appointment cancellation, or reschedule, made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file if the client does not arrive within 15 minutes of appointment start time. The client will also receive a “no-show” message. All guest should arrive on time for their booked appointment time. If a guest is going to be late, please let me know so I can try to accommodate you.
